Prom Night
Prom, the short form for promenade is exciting and romantic party more famous in United States and Canada.Prom night is still the most important dance of high school senior year. Spending the night with a rented limousine is perhaps the most popular tradition, whether individually or as a group. Before-prom dinners are still common. The boy is expected to cover these expenses.
As the prom nights are approaching rejuvenated styles have emerged. Teenagers have to take care of their makeup, hairstyles outfits and above all their dream date.
The proms are the most awaited occasions and you will have to look more special and most gorgeous. Proper skin care and flawless prom makeup is a prerequisite.
Boys usually dress in black tie (a dinner jacket and bow tie), sometimes with brightly colored cummerbunds or vests, though any sort of formal wear can be worn. Traditionally, girls gave boys matching boutonnieres to be worn on the tuxedoes. Girls traditionally wear formal gowns or dresses adorned with a corsage given them by their date. Oftentimes, boys and girls will dress according to the theme of the prom - e.g. pastel suits for a Miami Vice-themed prom.
Common prom activities include dining, dancing, the crowning of a prom King and Queen, and socializing.
